Okay, so I'm writing this here as a Blogging Class assignment from Bengkel Diri Level 2.
What is Bengkel Diri?
Bengkel Diri is an online, self-improvement school. In this school, you may find classes on various materials, e.g. Islamic knowledge, self-concept class (time management, productivity, etc), marriage, parenting, even additional skills such as photography, entrepreneurship, and many more!
The school is conducted through a WhatsApp group, in which the teacher shares the materials in the form of pictures and voice notes, and the students are given a week or so to peruse and listen to the materials. After that, there will be a question and answer session to complement the materials. The class will be wrapped up with a task/homework. But don't worry, the deadlines are quite long ;)
IMO the school is really suitable for very busy people who have a little spare time in their schedule since the school's schedule is pretty flexible.
I found this school through Instagram, where initially I followed an influencer named Ummu Balqis (in which I look up to her a lot! Check her out guys you won't regret it) and she is the headmaster for this school. Currently, I'm in an almost-quarter-life crisis, so finding this school helps me a lot.
This school made me realize that I didn't really know Islam before, although I'm a Muslim. I got easily swayed by the public false opinions on Islam. After joining this class, I feel like my belief gets more solid. It widened my knowledge and kind of altered my perspective on Islam, in every aspect of it. Islam has a very beautiful way of living. Islam is very comprehensive since it doesn't solely regulate the way you interact with Allah SWT but it also teaches you how you interact with other people, society, animals, and even the environment.
The other materials are also eye-opening. Especially for marriage and parenting materials. It really gives me a headstart since I'm still single hahaha.
